When you decide that your company must be deregistered you must comply with relevant legislation and lodge required documents with ASIC to finalise cessation of company existence as a legal entity and will no longer be in the position to legally trade.

• the company has no outstanding liabilities (e.g. unpaid employee entitlements)
• the company is not involved in any legal proceedings and
• the company has paid all fees and penalties payable to ASIC.
